  • Commissioned in July 1956
  • Sunk by P-15 Termit (SS-N-2 Styx) missiles fired from Egyptian missile boats, on 21 October 1967 (just before the War of Attrition)

• INS Yaffo (K-42) - Formerly HMS Zodiac (R54) - Retired
  • Purchased from UK in 1955
  • Commissioned in July 1956
  • Expended in 1970, being used as a target in Gabriel missile trials
